    Boykin Springs Sat. 3/16

Short Notice but some times that is the way things come togther.
A group of motorcycle haingers are planning to test some new equipment before setting out on longer trips. We have envited some ground dwellers in hope they will start looking up.
We will invade the location Saturday afternoon, set up and enjoy each others company and look over each others setup, Pulling out Sunday morning. The planners of this is a very small group of middle age motorcycle riders, OK most of us are past middle age. What we are not is a bunch of leather clad loud piped over the hill adolescents.
If any one would like to join us come on down, Its a nice location, with a fantastic pice of East Texas History just down the road. Aldridge sawmill gost town is on a hiking trail not far from the camping sight. Or a short drive and walk.

This is an awesome, very unknown spot. I also enjoy Bouton Lake close by there!

easttex hope you can make it, it should be a nice little gathering.

And your right about Bouton Lake what a neet place. I sure thought about setting this up there but Boykin Springs has better facilities, plus pavement all the way into the park for the street bike people.

Bouton is definitely primitive camping. No facilities. But has a little better fishing.
Definitely gonna do what I can to make it out. It may be a Friday to Sat Evening for me though.
