Hi all. I've been lurking here a long time and soaking up all the awesome information and ideas. I think I actually had my first hang about nine months ago with something I bashed together from ripstop cotton.
Anyway, it's getting warmer and I went for the first walk of the season the other week, took my Tenth Wonder hornet out for a spin. It was a lovely clear/warm night and I didn't even bother with a tarp.
Well, I've got the bug now, and I'm about to put an order through to DIY Gear Supply for enough junk to make an UL quilt and hammock (and maybe a sock, I haven't decided) and I'm waiting by the mailbox for my new WL TadPole tarp. Hoping to get out for a 3-dayer soon.
Anyway, I thought I'd post a couple of pics from my trip, along with a larger version of my avatar which I banged together this morning.
