Looks like a good turn out. I hope to be able to make the next one.

This was just my second group hang and it was great to meet everyone. I think it was the perfect hang. Great people, wonderful food, perfect trees, and nice weather. What more could we ask for? By the way Lite Foot, I haven't grown up yet either!
What a great way to spend the weekend... in the Piney Woods with fellow hangers. The weather was perfect as well. The group meal turned out great thanks to everyone who contributed.
Thanks to EagleJ for the use of the yeti underquilt. I knew I could count on fellow Hammock Forums members to bring an extra underquilt for me.
Thanks Fluffy for tending the fire. It was truly impressive and warm.
Lifefoot that treeless hammock stand is genius. Thanks for sharing stories and advice.
Thanks to all that came and camped. This was my second group hang and 3rd time actually hammock camping. I love it. I will try to post some pictures when I am home with the pictures I took.

That's the nice thing about Yates Place is there is plenty of room and trees to spread out in.
Right now I'm planning on spending Thanksgiving weekend (Fri & Sat nights) vic Lick Mountain.
Looks like a cool place. Where is this Yate's Place? I don't recall seeing a thread about it.('course I was thinkin' about the Gorge for the last 6 months!)

Wished I could have made it. I haven't really been participating in the forums, or hanging since my wife has been working crazy shifts at her job. The good news is that she just started a steady first shift position and I am going through my gear to start back hanging. I won't miss another one.

Nice fire.
No getting cold around that one.
