Anyone know where I can get a new one on the cheap?

I got mine at the local army surplus store, I think I paid about $16 for it, counting tax.
Slightly heavier than the blue stuff, but much denser, I notice a big difference in insulation value with the green pad.
I cut mine to toro length, & that has been large enough for me when used in addition to my underquilt. So far just it & my (about) 32 degree underquilt has easily gotten me to 23 degrees.
When you have a backpack on, no matter where you are, you’re home.
PAIN is INEVITABLE. MISERY is OPTIONAL.
The GI pads used to be five or six bucks at clothing sales, if you know someone in the Guard who can buy one for you. Retirees aren't allowed to buy field-type gear.
I bought a 24" wide CCF pad at a army surplus store for $10.00. You can also find them on Ebay at a reasonable price.

I came across this:

$9.00 for the ccf pad.

American Science and Surplus has them for $6.95 plus shipping. I got one from them several years ago and it is quite a bit denser than the blue pad from REI
