I gotta say I was very pleased with him over the phone, he loves hiking and hammocks, making him very passionate about the products, I love the idea of getting my gear from someone with passion for products use rather than just its profit margin.
He was very friendly and happy to help, I never felt like I was being rushed to get off the phone, he answered all my questions and was ready for more if I had them, thats what I call great customer service.

I highly reccommend UGQ's give Paul's gear a try.

I too found Paul to be awesome to work with. We never spoke on the phone, but he was very responsive to my emails and the UQ I received is awesome. Future quilt purchases will certainly be coming from Paul.

I received a TQ/UQ set from Paul yesterday and had a question about UQ suspension. Sent an email and he called me within an hour; spent ample time discussing hanging the UQ on a Dangerbird.

For those that didn't see Paul's out-of-office announcement, Paul had scheduled surgery this morning. My prayers and thoughts for a sucessful procedure and a speedy recovery go out to this fine vendor.
