I e-mailed him asking about my order and he replied that my whole order will ship within the next 2 days. We'll wait and see.

He got back to me saying that lead time was about three weeks on orders right now. Which makes me feel better, just knowing its having thought given to it
He issued me a refund. Prompt and without issue. I may come back to WB once things are smoother sailing for him.
Gives me some time to get feed back from you guys regarding the XLC.
Again, no ill feeling toward Brandon as a person.
Love my xlc. Also loved my, now my son's, BB, and love my super fly. And the lead time was 3 to 4 weeks at every purchase. Think of these like the super cars, where they only make so many a year and each is made by hand. You have to get in line and wait but in the end you get to say you sleep in a warbonnet. At least, unlike the cars, you do not have to wait years to even get to order.

I think setting ship time expectations up front is really helpful. I recently ordered a custom ipad case and they listed 21 day lead time, and I was happy when I got the FedEx shipping info ahead of schedule.
Today I actually just ordered WBBB multicam so good to know what lead times others are seeing.
I think if a cottage manufacturer updated their website with a 'gone fishing / hiking' note... Shoot, I wouldn't even be mad, I'd be envious! ;-)
