Well, decided to sleep out back last night. Got down to about 8 deg farenheit. Problem was, I'd really tweaked my bad shoulder, and have not been able to sleep for more than about 1/2 hour at a time in my bed (chiropractic) for the last week.

Rigged up the hammock with the lynx 3 season, a thermarest ridgerest between the double layers and my montbell bag. Jumped into the RidgeRunner at 10:00pm, shoulder aching away, had a tea, and read for a few minutes before shutting down. Was awoke by the family at 8:40am this morning, banging on the window to see if I was still alive.

I don't know what Brandon sews into this thing that makes me sleep so well, but I woke up this morning, shoulder pain gone, and had to go for a little walk in the woods first thing as I had so much energy.

Kudos to Warbonnet, and for anyone standing on the edge trying to decide if they want to buy a RidgeRunner, I say take the plunge

Cheers
