Thanks for the video - now that I see the ring buckle setup, I'm really kicking myself for ordering mine with the cord/tree huggers suspension. Those triangular ring buckles seem like the perfect solution. The slight hit in weight/bulk seems minor compared to the convenience of hanging on those things.

Brandon, you were gonna include some extra replacement huggers with the rings with my second warbonnet order since my first was missing the rings, how about instead of those you just send a set of long webbing and triangle buckles?

Thanks for all the compliments everyone. When I did the filming I was pressed for time and only shot about 10 minutes total video so I didn't have much to work with but I think it turned out okay. I spent some time thinking which song I was gonna use but when it came down to it, I just picked a song the same approx. length as the video. Oddly enough, in a Pink-Floyd-Dark-Side-Of-The-Moon-Synced-To-The-Wizard-of-Oz turn of events, my first choice of songs was almost perfectly timed with the changes in the video with only a minimal tweaking of the timing. Some of the lyrics even fit what is being shown on the screen. Weird.

    Caniibal,
I agreed the spread eagle thing is kinda strange but was needed to show how one could stretch out in the ample interior.

    gunn parker,
The shelf doesn't sag that much and is totally out of the way. It's located perfectly at about the shoulder area.

    HC4U,
You have to be kidding...'criticism'?! That was fantastic. I once made a slide-show video for Cub Scouts. I tried to incorporate some music. And just plain gave up. You also did an excellent job focusing on the characteristics that we hangers want to see.

They were something new Brandon was trying out and he sent a set when I ordered my hammock.

So far, they work just as well as ring buckles, only the tri-rings are smaller and lighter.

headchange- I've got some of those tri-rings too and I'm kinda diggin em. Are you tying a slip in front of the rings? I noticed you didn't in the video. Brandon told me to try them without the slips and I thought he was lying to me. However, at 220 lbs I haven't had them slip yet after about 6 weeks or so.
