    SOLD: Eureka Chrysalis Hammock System

I am selling my Eureka Chrysalis Hammock as I do not use it any more.

This is the 1st or 2nd generation of the hammock and the newer ones (3rd Gen) need to have there parts ordered separately I think.

Hammock does NOT come with the Carabiners. Better and lighter ones can be purchased from your local outdoor store or you can add your own preferred choice of item.

I would prefer a money order as I am not all that good with Paypal anymore. I'm asking $100.00 and it includes shipping and a tracking # via USPS.

Here is a link to what is included in this system:

Its an all in one unit. The Tarp is built in along with bug netting windows. The top half can come off if you want it to but then there will be not bug netting windows. You can order the bug netting from Helsdon Outdoors if you want the official one or you can make your own with bug netting http://helsdonoutdoors.com/allproducts.aspx

You can see a video of it here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9DaTc8kLa4I

And here - just make sure you attach the tie downs unlike this silly guy did LOL - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AUZpsOIyh7E&feature=fvwrel

This is exactly what you would be getting, except the Jungle netting.

    Very much so.

I just do a lot more wilderness camping and this is more for car and boat camping due to the weight of it.
There are many mods that can be done to it to drop the weight if you wanted to.

I changed mine over to whoopies and it is much lighter.

The guy in the second video is an idiot, he was in the hammock the wrong way, and he put an air mattress blown up all the way, which will make the hammock tippy. His head should have been at the other end where the vent flaps are, and the spreader bars are a different size at the head end. This is a very comfortable hammock.

It was very funny to watch him swing back and forth though
