With such a big piece of fabric there is a lot of wiggle room. I don't think u will have any problems with comfort, but.... If u do, we can cross that bridge when we come to it. Happy hangin'!

What is the maximum weight such a hammock would hold? What is a good recommendation for a 2 person hammock (350lbs at least). I am looking for something to use while car camping. This is not intended to sleep 2 people but just to chill for a bit. Weight of the hammock is not a major issue.
I've been converting all my paddling buddies to hammocks one at a time. I'm planning to make 3 in the next two weeks. The girls will want pink but the guy wants a woodsy color. Which color have you guy's found that fits that criteria from these choices?

I've read that these have been tested up to 450# with no problems. If you plan on using it for 2 people most of the time, you might consider doing a double layer.

I really like the Chocolate and the Sage. The Navy is not bad either. I think it's awesome that you are converting your paddling buddies. I've given away several of these hammocks with some diy bugnets. They are great.

OK, I ordered both colors of the pink and a chocolate. The sale was nice at 20% too!
We're having our annual Babes on the Waves river run in two weeks on the Hiawassii. And I'm surprizing two of my buddies with their hammocks because they think they are borrowing them from me.
