Got mine yesterday. Changed the stock rope to the loops. All looks great. Can't wait to try it out.

Thanks Dutch for the quick replies to my questions. Fast, helpful, and reasonable prices. Without great cottage industries like Dutchware there probably wouldn't be a "fanatical cult following" for hammock campers to join.

Yes I have and it is no problem. The loops that are attached work perfectly.

Cinch Buckles 1.9 oz pair (56 grams)

Aluminum Dutch Clips 0.8 oz per pair (24 grams)

Ti Dutch Clips 0.6 oz per pair (15 grams)

If you could get the cinch buckles in Ti and the weight down to the Ti Dutch Clips weight I would consider changing all my hammock over to them.

I figure the sliding gate piece would the main problem in producing them

I do like the Cinch Buckles for ease of use. Do not like the weight

I see some interesting potential for using a slightly modified cinch buckle with a warbonnet ridgerunner. If the cinch buckle had a more D ring shape on the continuous loop side, you could replace the webbing descender pieces, the continuous loop and the metal piece at the top of the suspension triangle with a single cinch buckle larks headed to the suspension triangle.

Not only would this save weight by replacing three metal pieces and a continuous loop with one cinch buckle, it would also reduce the minimum tree distance by a foot or so.

And then, if it were titanium, everybody with a ridgerunner couldn't help but shell out more money to Dutch.

I have one set of webbing from Strapworks that for some reason is very slippery and I have to used a half hitch to keep it from slipping regardless of the type of buckle (Dutch Cinch or stock BB tri buckles)

Dutch hopes to have the Ti version available sometime this spring. Already left word I want a few sets when they are available.

Oh boy! Then my charm bracelet would be complete!
I know this doesn't sound manly at first, but consider a camo paracord cobra stitch bracelet with all the assorted Dutch ti hardware hanging off it.

You would be able to hook up ANYTHING!

I got my cinch buckles in yesterday from dutch and set my up my DN with the continuous loop. It's flippin' awesome. So easy to setup and with my unnecessarily long webbing (15') I can hang almost anywhere (big trees, rocks), plus it all still packs inside the ENO dn stuff sack. Thanks Dutch! Five stars.

Same here I can see Reinholds,PA being a little backhole with dutchware. It is really the only place I purchase hardware.
