    Starting to get it

Been busy making gear ,and finally had a warm night in the hammock
Rewhipped the hammock like caveman suggested in his recent thread and it made everything much better.
so my hammock, underquilt, proving to be a good summer quilt, and a tarp that is slowly evolving.
Finally a cup of coffee in the morning

Awesome. Looking good. The only thing that I would add is that (if the weather was cold or wet) you could bring your tarp down quite a bit and close things up really nice.

I'm glad you are enjoying the new whipping

Very nice. The beauty of the hammock is that you can continually play with your setup and change things out to get it exactly as you want it.

You might want to spray it with a hose to test it and see if you might need to add a couple of drip strips to keep any rain from flowing down your suspension and directly into you hammock and UQ. The tag ends of the whoopie slings may be enough.

The pink "snake skin" was to irritate my son , it's going to be his tarp.

Methane, can warm your heart or singe your shorts.

I may give the hose idea a try this weekend.
