Pacific Outdoor Hyper High Mtn Sleeping Pad (R-Value of 20!?)

Has anyone used the Hyper High Mtn Sleeping Pad? The link is below and it claims to have an average R-value of 20!

    http://www.pacoutdoor.com/2008/index...=25&familyID=1

This is over twice the R-Value of the Exped Downmats.

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

    Regards,

    CB

I think there was a test on BGT or somewhere. They seemed to be disappointed with the real world r value.

I'd also like pads wider than 20 inches in hammock.

There was a test, and it was on BGT:

The report you're probably referring to was Ted Ripley-Duggan's, which featured some analysis of R-value:
    http://www.backpackgeartest.org/revi...Ripley-Duggan/

To summarize: he found that the R-value was less than that quoted, but also found from field experience that he was comfortable throughout the winter while using this pad.
