    I'll second that.

Concerning SWMBO, maybe you should ask forgiveness rather than permission?

Does it fit HH hammocks too, or just the Speer? (maybe dumb question, but I'm new to hammocks)

It doesn't fit over bug nets, but if you get the zipper mod on your HH and fold the bug net all the way down, it would fit. I haven't tried it to say how well, but I've used the PeaPod on several other styles and I think it would be fine.

    Hey BB58,
Thanks for thinking of me. Been busy with Christmas and work.
I will set up my HH ULBP Asym with the #2 Zipper Mod (thanks to 2Q and ZQ) and my Speer PeaPod and take some pics for all to see. It works really nice by the way. The sides of the Hennessy Hammock will fold over the top of you (and wrap you in) and there is very little dead space above me when I use the PeaPod.

    In other words...
I highly recommend a Speer PeaPod for a Hennessy Hammock with the #2 Zipper Mod. The ridgeline will not be a problem at all, FYI.

    Hello Red Hat,
The Hennessy Hammock bug net zipper mods by 2Q and ZQ allows you to zip your bug net out of the way and use the hammock as a top loader. You can get the #2 mod and it will allow you zip the bug net completely back except for a section still attached on one side or the other on you HH. This zipper mod still allows you to either use the bug net completely around you or zip it out of the way.

I have not had any problems with the zipper mod on my HH UL Backpacker Asym. Works great. The craftsmanship by ZQ is outstanding and the zippers are smooth and strong.

Check out some of the pics for this HH bug net zipper mod by 2Q and ZQ in the forum for more detail. This really opened up a whole new world of options for using my HH. Something to consider... you won't be disappointed!

    Cheers, Mark
