Between us we may just about fill the back of the truck

Took me 3 years to get that recipe from a gal. I basically had to move away from NC to get it.

I am surprised there are no chunks missing yet. Gotta make sure it is safe for consumption

I have a jet sled jr with ski pull poles you are more than welcome to use if it's any bigger than yours.

I always have more on group hangs....maybe a couple of trips to the car is in order.

MMMMMM Shug, lookin mighty tasty!

I cooked up the wheat tonight. Braised a nice bone in strip steak with some onions n garlic and threw it in for there a little flavor.

Gear is half packed. Getting pretty excited about this!

Forecasts are still vaying a bit, but I hope we can nudge past -19.8F this weekend!
Beating it by 10 degrees would be awesome.

Throwing my hat in the ring, will be up there mid afternoon on Thursday.

Will bring tripod for dutch ovens, tarps, 6 pounds of meat balls to do something with, and something for breakfast. I’ll bring another dutch oven and leave it in my truck if needed.
