    Facebook gets some good HG attention too, if you're inclined that way. Caught Adam posting at 2 AM Pacific time last night / this mornin when I got off work. The man is an animal and they really are the best to deal with. I have a new TQ arriving mañana and I'm sure I'll be back sooner or later. Who'm I kiddin, it'll be sooner.

    i just placed my order for 2, 20* incubators, 1 zero, incubator and a 20* burrow. I was gonna order some pillows but they were not on the new site. I never heard back from the guys at hg, but the 20 percent discout spoke loud enough to answer any questions that i would have asked. Thanks to everybody on the forums that help ed me make my decision... Now my hammock will look etra ra extra ratty now that will be surrounded by such nice quilts

    I had same problem but found out all thier emails were going to my junk mail it just your email settings please check!

    They must be really busy... I still have not been contacted after 3 weeks and SEVERAL emails, PM's and calls. Not one..before or after I gave them money. I am not trying to badmouth folks, I am just stating the facts.

    I always got things sorted out best with a phonecall - never been a real issue to get Stormcrow on the phone.

    I tried calling a couple times too. I am patient, and I can wait. The questions that I asked them are not THAT important I suppose. I am just sayin...

    They must be busy makin my gear! I probably got bumped to the end of the line for opening my big mouth!!! doh!!
