They are great plp to work with and really go out of their way to make all of us happy. It is a very busy time for them. They are trying to get their site updated for the big sale this week.

Thanks for the reassurance everybody. I figured that everything was hectic before the holidays, but I did not know how long that I was supposed to wait for a reply. I definitely still want to do business because of all of the rave reviews and great specs...plus I covet their 900+FP!!!

I used my friend's 3/4 20* and I was quite toasty at just below freezing.

I am so out of touch with retail and, I didn't even think about "Black Friday" etc. this week, so I apologize if I didn't cut them enough slack. If I am running on coffee fumes, the last thing I want to do is look at the computer...

Again, my apologies, we do try to catch every one, but one or two periodically escape my sharp, eagle eyes (ok, more like bleary, "I need more coffee" eyes).
Thank you very much! I am on it.

I was going to say that some of the emails get kicked to the spam list, as that is what I was told several weeks ago when I had a question. Also, give them a call. I have talked to Adam a few times, he is a busy man, but always just as nice and helpful as anyone. Thorwren too, just haven't had to opportunity to talk with her.

Sounds to me like they need an assistant web developer... Sadly I live across the country.

The great thing about web development is that you don't have to be local to do the job.
