Yep, Scott is amazing at customer service.
I had placed an order one night and forgot to add Amsteel to the order for my ridgeline. The next morning (which, for me, starts around 10-ish most days since I work evenings), I remembered and made another order. I assumed that I was going to absorb the extra shipping; it was my fault for not making the orders together.
Lo, a pleasant surprise: Scott combined the orders and refunded my shipping on the second one, without me asking for it.
Not only was he willing to refund the shipping, he did it without any request (or expectation) whatsoever. That is quality customer service. And the reason that he'll be getting my business in the future, any time that he has what I need.
