    Winter Sock Mod

I have yet to get or make a sock but when I do I will put a button hole or grommet on the side walls. Pass thru a length of sock cord with a barrel lock on the cord (inside the sock). Guy out the shock cord and make adjustments from inside the hammock with the barrel lock to help pull the walls of the sock out to make it feel roomier (if thats a word).

I have a sock from MacEntyre with the Dutch Seep. I put a hole in the seep for the shock cord to come thru with a cord lock about the middle of the hammock on the inside, so I can pull it tighter once I am in the hammock, to make the Seep tighter and set up higher.

I just finished my first sock and that's exactly what i thought when i first got in it. I'm not going to do it yet till i do a couple of nights in it but its probably down the road. I also thought of a quick connect /coupler 1/2 way down the shock cord so i don't have to go all the way to the stake to undo.
