I'm order #358 and still waiting, so they don't process them in the order received. Perhaps they pull them out of a hat :-) It will be worth the wait. I already have a 20* Incubator and Burrow, and I'm waiting on my 0* set for a trip to Maine in two weeks.

Someone posted on another site that they had a couple of employees have to leave for personal issues ( nothing to do with the shop) and they are trying to get caught up from that. We own and operate a family business so I know exactly how that can go. But like I have posted before I did a ton of research and these guys are good at what they do. I bet they go pretty close to "in order" so I bet your getting close.

The site does mention that they will do their best to accommodate "rush" orders. You also have to factor in the possibility that some things may be waiting for materials to be received and so they go ahead and work on other orders, and some things require different skills, so their tarp crew may be able to crank out more orders than the quilt crew, or vice versa.

I bet on average, though, that a number close to yours is a positive sign.

Supposed to get to 35 degrees tonight! So I think I will try out our new HG 20 degree incubator tonight. I couldn't talk the wife into it so i'll be hangin by myself in the backyard.

Just talked to Jen via email and they are working around the clock to get everyone's orders to them. Adam was still at the shop as of 5 min ago belting out great American made gear. This is truly one of those special company's that we are all lucky to do business with. So keep being patient and it won't be long. I for one will order again and again from Adam and Jen and told her tonight that when the smoke settles to let me know because I need a summer UQ. Just thought I would share for encouragement.

Nice story, thanks for sharing. It's the kind of commitment to business and producing great products for us that make it worth shopping the cottage industry and waiting just a bit longer!

Well said...I also think it is their commitment to us. I, for one, have been ecstatic about my new HG gear!

The 'wait' is more than worth it...plus we get to deal with some really great folks!

I'm not saying a word about when they ship my stuff. Adam & Jenny have gotten me several items rush-rush for trips, and I am greatly appreciative. They can take their time on this order. That is, as long as I have my stuff by the NJ Winter Hang in three weeks!
