    UQ suspension

The past couple of weeks I have been making an UQ. Well the last two nights I have set it up in the basement to try it out. The first night was kind of cold and ended up back in bed. After thinking about this I found that the shock cord that keeps the ends tight up to the underside of the hammock were to tight. Once I loosened them up the UQ came up tight. Last night was toasty.

So important to keep testing gear to finally dial it in - nicely done UQ!

Thanks Dragon360. Both ends are now adjustable and it comes up tight to the hammock. This weekend we will see how it works outdoors, I cannot wait.

What works, works. So how do you argue with that? Still, looking at the picture I'd have thought that the end cinches were way too loose. I think the Jacks taught me to cinch the ends until they're about 15-18". Hope my memory is right on that.

After completing your UQ would you recommend it to others to try on their own?
