I asked specifically last time I was there to hang... They said its fine as long as leave no trace is practiced... But we shall see what the latest person says... In the developed sites there just weren't any trees...

Well, I just got conf. that Yakfoot is coming. He can't hike, so he is going to stay near the vehicles. Does anyone have a stand they can bring?
If you ain't havin' fun, you're doin' it wrong
I can bring my stand... And a little damp mesquite wood... My stand will hold my big table cloth on whoopies and also my grand trunk ultralight using carabiners... I'm pretty sure it will hold just about any hammock... But no guarantees...

Those that have said they are for sure...
Brute, spaceweaseal, caveman, Texico, pack daddy, east Tex, and yakfoot...
Lobatrain is in limbo and needs to let us know something so we know what we need to bring extra... Pm is fine...
Those that showed interest but haven't said yay or nah... MDSH, Skyclad...

I'm here, found the thread. I will be at the drive in sites, can't hike. As I understand it you can have a campfire at the drive in sites, correct?
If so I will have coffee and cobbler for folks if they want to stop by and am thinking about getting a chunk of meat to put on the smoker for Sat. evening if folks want to do something like that.

Looking forward to being out there. I've never been to Lost Maples before. I've had my new dehydrator running almost non-stop since Thursday, and the grizzbeak came in yesterday. I'm ready to rock!
Should I go ahead and set up my own reservation?
--edit--
You're excited about the COBBLER? All I noticed at first was A CHUNK OF MEAT TO PUT ON THE SMOKER. I will not miss Saturday evening.
