I'll be heading there Friday morning'ish. Should arrive around 2 or 3pm. I don't see the Ponds area on the park map, where is it exactly?

It's labeled camp site C on the map with ponds written next to it... It's actually on the West trail... But its in the middle where the east and west are one trail... You will park in the western most parking lot... There is an old house maybe 400 sq ft right at the parking lot... You will have to turn left off of the main park road to get there...

Hey you could use my stove if you bring a cup to cook in... I have a ccf pad I would be more than willing to bring you... I don't have an extra sleeping bag but I am sure someone here has some extra kit they aren't using...

Thanks Brute, appreciate it... now i'm torn and happy because my place (Waco) is in the middle of two area (between Lost Maples Hang and Atlanta SP Hang) and both have a good people on each Hangouts... i will discuss this first to my buddies then decide, thanks again Brute..

No problem... We have all had kit issues before... I'm just glad to have some cold weather kit to share...

...Now i see the difference between tent camping and hammock camping... besides from the comfort of a hammock there's a lot of generous people i interact in here. Thanks guys looking forward in meeting you in hangouts here in US
