Ok so a quick update to get correct info:

Paddle Creek is no longer located at the lake dam. Due to rerouting of the road they were forced to move down river.

I also ran by the marina today to see if they did rentals, as some do, and unfortunately they do not. While I was out by the marina I decided to do a quick recon of the camp site just to eyeball things real quick and I liked what I saw. As I remembered there is lots of room to spread out and some fine "flat" areas for those who prefer to sleep on the ground. At the edge of the site is a nice area that should allow for water craft to beach without too much difficulty, although I'll leave that judgement up to the more paddling proficient to decide upon. Was a spur of the moment trip since I was out for other reasons, so no recon pics/video at this time, but I will schedule myself a bit of time as we get closer to the date of the hang so that people can get an idea as to the area.

I think that someone should make a t shirt for this hang and we could sell it to offset some of the cost. So many opportunities for making a shirt design out of this one.
