I bought 5.5 pounds of lean ground sirloin yesterday. I'll give it a few hours sitting out tonight to dry age prior to browning it and then I begin the mad science.

Picked up some large box of pancake mix and 2 bottles of syrup and a bag of grits for breakfast Sat (maybe also Sunday depending on whats going on)
Just need some sausage and or ham and eggs (not green)

Gunner, I'm bringing 4dz eggs. What I don't use for the mountain man breakfast feel free to use. Ham, that I don't have that.
All these headed out posts are making me jealous. If I get my gear any closer to the door it will be outside.
