It's looking good for us being there, what should we bring, like I said before we are brand new and need to learn a lot, how does the menue thing work, or do we just bring what we want to eat. And it's this more of a car camp thing or a hiking trip?also what is the address, sorry for so many questions.

Crowell, This is car camping at Meriwether Lewis National Monument on the Natchez Trace. http://www.nps.gov/natr/upload/MLInfoPage.pdf
Friday night dinner is on your own, Sat morning we drive over to Davy Crockett State park for a buffet breakfast, then take a trip over to Sgt Troys Army/Navy surplus store. We stop at Yoder's Amish market to see what they have.
Sat night we do a big pitch in for dinner. Some folks bring dutch ovens to cook meals/desserts in. Items are cooked over the fire (brats, coffee, etc) We usually bring a smoker but this yr we will probably cook up some beef stew.
Sunday mornings there are usually leftovers from Sat nights dinner..lol

'Classic.' A book which people praise and don't read.” ― Mark Twain
Who cares about showers, gourmet food, using flush toilets. Just keep on walking and being away from it all.
There are times that the only way you can do something is to do it alone.
Sounds good thanks
