A quick overnighter in the low country with hammocks and a vstrom

We couldn't decide what to do with our Saturday morning. I said lets go camping. An hour later the dogs were at boarding and we had hit the road. Here are some pics.

Great pics. Love the bike. Hoping to get a VStrom myself when the kids are out of college.

Fabulous pictures. Looks like you had a wonderful trip. Hunting Island has the tiniest deer that I've ever seen.
Keep movin', keep believing and enjoy the journey!

It was a fun trip. I also got to test out my top quilt which worked great. Next I need to get better at rigging up my hammock. In the past I camped with just the Hammock. Now that I need the rain fly and bugnet there is a bit more to it. I wasn't sure if it could tie the rain fly to the hammock suspension or should I have tied it to the tree, same for the bug net. I'll have to find some videos online to see how other people are rigging it all up. It seemed to take me forever and everything was tied up with a series of granny knots.
