As most know, I'm in my hammock at night almost every night all year. Well, after about 2 years of nearly constant use, the zipper would not seal on my BB. So I PMed Warbonnet guy: send it, I'll fix it! I figured it was the foot end slider as the head end would fully seal the zipper.
So off to the PO I went, a few days later (seemed like years) I got my Baby back, in a new Black Bishop Bag. Well, my work schedule being what it is, I didn't get to test till a few minutes ago. WOW! All better!
Asked Brandon "How much?" He said "No charge" WOW! again. AND, he replaced BOTH sliders. Yea, I'm impressed!
Side note, but related, sort of:
During the dark time of no WBBB, I switched to my back up hammock with the thought "A Hammock is a Hammock!" NO! I got schooled! Still love #2, but it will stay #2 for the foreseeable future.
