I am a noobie for sure- I have a sneaky suspicion that my wife has gotten me a WBBB and a Mamajamba for Christmas (confirmed by that beloved wink). Post wink I ran over to Gear trade and picked up a Yeti and a Mamajamba that were for sale- glad they were still there- good price and inc. shipping. I have never camped in a hammock - I hope I like it - I just know I want a decent warm nights sleep! Wish me luck!

Yes, come on up to Raven Cliffs in Jan. If nothing else you will see a lot of different gear, meet a lot of good folks, and depending on who is there, hear a wild tale or two. Beautiful place and it looks as if it was created just for hammocks.

I was really unsure if I'd like it - I held off for over a year and only caved once I went backpacking with a few other guys that had hammocks with them. Now, I only wish I would have started sooner!
