silverpalm, you where way out on the outskirts of Yates Place. Nobody will find those straps before the next hangout. They will be there for you next time!

    Great Time

Just wanted to post that... even though Groundhog was there... I had a great time and it was nice meeting all of you. Hope to see you again at another hang. The food was unbelievable.
I took quite a few pictures but most of them did not turn out due to a 8 ft flame...
    1st pic was dinner/supper time.
2nd pic was about half the hammocks in the piney woods... they were spread out way too far to get them all.

Anyway, Thanks for a great time!

    if

if anyone is in the neighborhood, I left my straps on the trees way on the outskirts of the Yates Place. Take a look at cubiclewarriors picture and walk 200ft or more northerly into the piney woods.

@Tallpaul well the trees are brown kinda rough with bark, cylinder in shape, and distinguishing characteristic is that my straps are tied to them! haha thanks anyway

@Bonepile I did not realize how far i was from everyone until this morning as I was looking underneath my tarp since my straps had stretched that far over the two nights. At least I did not hear any snoring...

If those straps are the "stretchin' kind -- then "Gear Upgrade" is sounding sweeter than 'drive for hours' :-))
