Agreed - one of the nicer colors I've seen. Great addition - this isn't making me want a Dream Hammock any less, though, which is a problem for my wallet.

Sorry haven't got to weight it yet. Going to spend another nite in it before packing it up. I'll post the weight soon.

It's pretty cool getting in on the ground floor of a new business.
I would not wait to long at the rate Dreamhammocks is growing there will come a day when he has to out source like one of the other most popular hammock makers did.

O&B; that is a nice setup,,,i like it. I just came back from hanging at the river and was thinking to myself how much i like hanging without the tarp deployed and was wondering about over covers.

Me to, it only rains in Colorado during the Co Summer Group Hangs, haha.
I always pack a tarp but only use one about 25% of the time.

This cover is 1.0 ripstop nylon it's not water proof but does a great job of blocking wind giving you a little micro climate.
If you anticipate frost conditions you do need a small vent or your breath will condense on everything inside.

I got some frost inside the first night when I had the cover completely closed. Evening temp was 30F with 50% humidity.
Last night I used the vent, shown in the picture above, and got no condensation. Last nights low was 24F

I was checking out this same color combo on a DB...Randy sent me here to look at your pics. Man, that looks pretty sweet! I am gonna have a hard time talking myself out of it. Now, off to the gear room to see what I can sell.....

LOL - I just placed an order for a DB last week in these exact same colors - because of this post! Super excited for it.

Double zipper pull is not standard.
You have to reach all the way to the top to open and close.
A double zipper pull allows one to full close the top cover and have a set zipper pulls down close to you for easier opening IMO.
