I put my sit pad right in the foot box of my quilt/sleeping bag.. I didn't even really notice it while I was sleeping.

Also trying to nail down putting my coat on the outside of the hammock for colder temps.. just need to tinker with that more to get it to work. I've seen it done by Shug & thought it was a good idea. In the meantime, I'm throwing the coat on top the bag for added warmth.

Me too, except mine is a little longer on purpose for a chair sleeve I made (HERE'S a link, sorry if it shuts anyone down from the donating mamber's section). I cut mine out of a ridgerest sol. I curl the end up in my footbox a little which holds it open so my toesies are free to wiggle. I'm really liking it.

I use a 4 section z rest which also is my sit pad and pack frame.
Sometimes I like to hike and think, And sometimes I just like to hike.

Hiking is'ent about waiting for the storm to pass its about learning to hike in the rain.

Down socks and then a very thin piece of closed cell foam. Ditch the pad totally if temps are 45 or above....the socks are more comfortable and make up the difference.
