    Welcome from Florida!
That's a nice tent you have; the problem is the ground under it!
    Welcome to the trees

    +1, Really, this.

It will save you days and days (or nights and nights) of reading. It gives you a GREAT overview of most of the options for all of the hanging components. It will give you a very solid understanding of the basics and exposure to most of the the minutia of hanging. I can't think of an easier way to get started.

Welcome from Denver. The good news is that you can't go wrong with any of the three you mentioned. The bad news is that you still have to decide. If it helps at all, if you didn't already know, Warbonnet has their Christmas sale going on right now.

    Hey man,
My suggestion is to go look for Shug Emery's 10 hammocking videos for newbies on YouTube. It you still are keen buy the hammock and tarp first using pads for insulation. If you are still keen after a few months get the under quilt and snake skins. This is where my advice runs out as that's where I'm up to.
I used to love my msr huubba tent... It was amazing... Until I bought a blackbird.

Brain will explode and world will be rocked, its inevitable. I really believe that you have to get a hammock and just do it for a while to really know what you want. Good thing is, those ones you've picked out - like most here really - are great hammocks and will have pretty good resale value if you decide you want to do something different. Or, like many of us here, you'll have more than one hammock in your closet.
