Maintaining foot and leg warmth in 3/4 quilts

What is everyone who is running 3/4 under quilts using for there feet when the temps drop below 40? Wonder what kind of set ups, what size and results. Thanks

ThermaRest Sit-Pad in my TQ works best for me. I never get condensation on the foot of my bag/TQ that way.

My sitpad is 1' x 2'. It is also the backpad for my pack.

I cut down a Therm-a-Rest Z Lite Sleeping Pad. I place it in between the layers of my Light Owl.
