    JRB Customer Service

Just wanted to take a minute to commend JRB for their great customer service and quality products. I have had a Nest UQ for 2yrs and I love it. I called the other day to get their recommendation for a Christmas UQ for my son. In the process I mentioned a slight problem I was having w/my Nest on my HH Safari. Jack (don't remember which one) spent 40 minutes on the phone w/me. At the end of the conversation I had my Nest fine tuned and a Mt Washington 3 on the way. Three days later its here. If my wife had not witnessed its arrival I may have put my name on it. Thanks JRB for your help and for a great product.

And while I'm at it, thanks to all the HF folks who have contributed to my success in becoming a happy hanger.

May God bless you all this Christmas season!

For those of us that know the Jacks, let us assure you that it was Peter_pan/Jack that you spoke with. Smee, the other Jack, is far far less loquacious.

When I lay diagonally in my HH Safari my feet would slide past the edge of the UQ (I'm 6'5"). The simple solution was to slide the loop on the UQ over the plastic ring on the side tie outs of the Hammock. By not doing that, probably due to my height, the loop on the quilt was sliding down the shock cord on the tie out on the side where my feet were pushing the hammock out allowing them to extend over the edge of the quilt. Jack also suggested adjusting the suspension slightly so it would be longer on that side. The quilt now stays where it needs whatever position I'm laying in.

Once again, the world would be a better place if there were more companies that ran like the HF cottage vendors like JRB.

After looking up the definition of loquacious I realize I need to ask for the "loquacious one" every time. It takes a lot of explanation for me to understand a simple concept.

Certainly... It benefits all of JRB's customers for you to enjoy speaking to them at length on the phone.

This is a good point....To really understand it....Factor Smee's generally reseve responses with his engineering backround....Did I say "Airospace"...

FWIW, unless I'm already on the phone with another customer, I get all the phone calls.
