It's a good one Boomer! Not sure how to explain it, I own a chiropractic bed and spend most nights tossing and turning due to old car wreck injuries. Lucky to get about 4-5 hours of proper sleep per night. I can get into the Ridgerunner at 10pm and my family will have to bang on the windows or holler at me at 8-9 the next morning. If it was once, I'd call it a fluke, but its every time I sleep in it! Now just trying to figure out how to stay warm at -20c in the thing! C'mon winter burrow...

Congrats on the purchase, it's a wonderful hammock. Next, I'd recommend saving for a Lynx under quilt. Its fit on the RR is the best hammock-UQ combo I've ever seen. It's almost hard to explain.

+1! I use the full length 3 season and it's awesome. As Breyman has said above, perfect fit, absolutely no fiddle factor. With the double layer RR, I tuck a thermarest z-lite between the layers, and with the Lynx, have been down to about -15c and was really warm.

I added a lynx 3-season calf length to my order. Sooo much talk about how well they go together convinced me. I can't wait!

Now I need to order a ULA Circuit and ill be set. I went too ultralight with a ULA CDT and can't wait to be comfortable again despite the weight.

Nice addition of the Lynx, you wont be disappointed.

The Circuit is also a solid pack - you're putting together a very nice and comfy setup.

I got the 0* lynx with my RR. I had to look and see if it was plugged in, it felt like an electric blanket. My concern is, it may take up too much pack space. It is a very impressive piece of gear.

I had totally reasoned my way out of buying a Lynx and sticking with general purpose UQ's, but you guys have swayed me. Especially since I finally setup my RR for the first time today. Now the question is 20° full length+pad or 0° full length for mostly fall/winter use? Have a Spindrift already on the way too.

I have had 6 spinal surgeries and the last one less than a month ago. I have been bedridden and miserable. Last week I decided I would rather be miserable outside and put up my Ridge Runner in the back yard. I laid down and within a minute my pain was gone. I sleep on a Tempurpedic mattress and it is nowhere near as comfortable as the RR. I just wish the saddlebags were sewn on backwards from how they are now. For example, the deepest part of the saddlebags is at your shoulders where you cannot reach well. If the deepest part were "flipped" you could reach into the deepest part at your waist. Still it is my favorite hammock so far!
