    Free ultralight tent stakes!!!

    They are 9'' long

They weight less than 3g each

    They are biodegradable

...and best of all they come free with every meal from any sushi bar.

You should give them a try. That bamboo is mighty tough.

I use them along with V stakes for the less stressed lines on my tarp.

No need to worry if you leave one or two behind and you can even eat your noodles with them.

For what? People are allowed to disagree, I debate with my friends about stuff all the time. That doesn't make them any less my friends...

How do you secure your lines to them? Would the standard angled insert with a half hitch hold well?

I use the sticks I find at camp, if I even need any. Most of the time I tie off to other trees, rocks, or logs.

I'm curious because I have a ton of these lying around and I'll give it a shot. Do you tie lines just onto the chop sticks or do you modify the sticks somehow to hold a line?
