    Paynes Prairie FL Hammock friendly?

I was wondering has anybody camped with their Hammock in Payne's Prairie FL. My hiking group is planing on doing this ranger lead hike, in February and I'm not looking forward to bringing a tent. Any feedback would be appreciated. ---Larry---

Give the park a call at (352) 466-3397, tell them you're a hammock camper and whether they have set up designated trees. There is a pilot program for hanging in FL state parks that you can read about here.
