    Setup Complete

Exciting, without my knowing, my lovely wife got me a full length 3 season Lynx for xmas! So my setup is finally complete with my RR, CB, Lynx, Circuit pack, Mora knife. I'm down to a 12 pound pack weight (including the pack) without food, water or fuel! I did also pick up a Ti element stove which doubles as a wind screen. Stoked!

So you think you're done buying gear, eh? You'll be looking to buy more gear before you know it.

Congrats! I still contend that this time of year, every time someone buys a Lynx, an angel gets its wings. They rock.

Very respectable base weight. Your back, legs and mind will thank you for the improved trips you'll experience both on the ground hiking with so little weight and while sleeping in such a COMFORTABLE setup.

That is my ideal pack and set up minus the ridge runner and the lynx in their place I would put a nice yeti and a mamba and the hammock I want to put a snipe

    Nice set up!!

BUT, & I hate to burst your bubble: You ain't "Done", yes you have a complete set up & that would do you for the foreseeable future.
Lets just say, I was there when Cannibal bought his first/last hammock. Now he got,,,, more than one.
I got ONE (A LONG time ago) & that was enough, or so I thought.......
Granted, I am now down to 3, (or maybe 5, , not sure actually ) with only 2 complete set ups,,, but I understand that I ain't "Done" either.
SO, the sooner you accept, the easier it will be.
When you have a backpack on, no matter where you are, you’re home.
