I got into hanging full-time through a lot of curiosity and Shug's most excellent noob videos. I purchased a Hennessy Expedition about two years ago and have been loving the joy of not having any morning pains. I haven't modded it yet, but it is due to go to 2QZQ in a couple weeks for the #4 mod to allow me to go sans net in the winter and bugless times of the year. Tried several different insulations without splurging on a real UQ. Last two outings, I just slung a space blanket under the HH with decent success, but both hangs were above freezing.
Finally bit the bullet and switched from lurker to posting tonight. I found the NE board and that there is a hang happening next month on the Interloken about 45 minutes from me, but I will not be able to go. That is the same weekend as another event I am obliged to go to; however, I might get my winter hang in Wednesday night, if my buds still want to go and brave the storm
