Funny, I just got my Incubator and it only came with one S-Biner too. There was momentary confusion on my part as to how the heck to hang it, but I remembered this thread.

I just went for a test hang last night and the primary suspension being under the hammock formed a gap. The shock cord seemed to push the hammock away. I found that running the hammock under the primary suspension still works best for myself.

Dude, you're still way off. Both suspension lines attach to the same point.... The S biner. THe channel line and the Linelocs line both clip into the S biner.
Right now, You are not even connected the primary channel suspension line. You're just leaving it slack.
On both ends, clip both lines up to the S-biner on your hammock suspension. Then make adjustments with the LineLocs.

I couldn't find any videos that showed how to hang this quilt, but I think I got it. (Thanks to your description)

Hang the quilt from the primary and use the secondary to adjust the position.

JakobW, there you go, thats how its supposed to be. Remember to cinch up the ends, but not too much or it will allow cold air down between the UQ and hammock. I've had my 20 Incubator for a while now and love it. Just received a 40 Phoenix for Xmas and I also only got 1 S-biner. Looks like one of their hired "elves" for the Black Friday rush wasn't listening and shorted quite a few of us.

    Thanks for the help guys!
Since I needed to get another s-biner I bought one in a different color to mark the head end. Makes IDing the ends quick and easy.
