    Which Dutch Quilt Hooks?

Has anyone used Dutch quilt hooks with a 20* yeti under a WBBB? I can't figure out which ones to use or how many or where to put them. I watched Dutch's instruction video's but don't understand. Would like to know what has worked for other Warbonnet hangers.

I'm not quite sure what your confused on. Dutch has several different types of quilt hooks for different uses/purposes.
The clip/sew on hooks are for keeping the uq in place. They keep the edge of your hammock and uq together and keeps it from sliding up and down. The sew ons, get sewn to the hem of the hammock where you want your quilt to stay, and the uq hooks right to them. Or, the clip ons are attached to the uq's suspension, and then clipped onto the hammock.
If your hammock has a bug net, go with the sew on ones. I bet five on each side would work great, but I use a bridge for my main hammock so I never needed them. Three might even suffice. The clip on one are for netless hammocks.
They're all pretty self explanatory, I know we all sometimes need a second look to get that " oh, duh!" lightbulb moment.

Just my general advice since I neither have a Warbonnet hammock or a Yeti, but I do own a few hammocks and under quilts.

I sew 4 loops onto the perimeter of my hammock body at the four corners where I want the quilt to stay. Then I connect 4 of the plastic sew on hooks, one at each corner. In the center I add a couple of the clips:

Hey SGT Rock, would you mind some visual references, I'd like to see this all hooked up if it's not a lot of trouble for you.

For me I just tied the quilt hooks to a mini bungee cords attached to my quilts. Then I use the hooks to hook on to my ridge line.

I am curious to see it as well SGT Rock. Thanks.

I just ordered 6 of the aluminum sew on quilt hooks 1 for each corner of the quilt as per Dutch's video and one for each end of the quilt suspension which i think will give a little added lift to the quilt.. I will let you know how it works out.. SGT Rock knows his stuff so you may want to consider his hook setup as his ways are proven because if it didn't work he wouldn't use it .And I haven't used them as of yet

Thanks for the replies, but I still don't know which hooks should I use for my hammock quilt combo. It seems the hooks are made to keep the quilt in one place. But my 20* quilt is the only one I will have and so if I want to slide it up to vent won't the hooks prevent that? Again hoping to hear from folks with the same combo as mine. Maybe I'm making this more complicated than necessary, but I don't want to buy three different kind of hooks to find out what works.

I just uploaded a video of how I do my quilt suspension. It was easier than trying to take a bunch of pictures and write out an explanation.
