    my eno single nest

my eno single nest hammock has treated me well for about 4 months now and i love it. so i wanted to share my opinion about this hammock in hopes that it helps someone on the forums. i like this hammock very much but i do find that the stock carabiners are a little heavy so i suggest getting separate set of carabiners. the eno hammock is made of ripstop nylon (the stuff they make parachute with) while the bottom of the eno hammock is a little chilly so i suggest a sleeping pad if you do not have one already. this hammock packs down extremely well. and is very light wight. you can get it in good colors i have the red eno single nest hammock. the single nest hammock cost 55.00 American money plus tax. not sure in other countries overall i give this hammock a 9 out of 10 hope you found this review helpful give me your hammock set -ups also tell me how you like about your hammock
    down below please

Nice overview, thanks for sharing your thoughts! New carabiners and some sort of bottom insulation (a pad, or an underquilt) are both good suggestions.

ENO just released their new "ProNest" which has new aluminum caribiners and is slightly smaller than the SingleNest i believe for $65

I bought my eno this past September and love it. I switched out the hanging gear for whoopies, slings and 2 black diamond carabiners. Saved some weight and bulk too. Enjoy your eno!

ENO Pronest was My Forced banishment to the tree's. I Too upgraded the biners, to lighter weight.. and Whoopies. As with sprayed it down with Permethrin(Hate skeeters & Ticks), plus drip cords to the ends. Great starter Hammock, Needs Underquilt to keep CBS in check.

Then I found this Forum. Wallet was fat, now it's been trimmed.. Upgraded to DL with whoopies, With Superfly bought today.. to further enhance my Hang.

My ENO Doublenest has been very good to me. On those cold drafty nights I use the extra fabric on the doublenest to turn my hammock into a raccoon.

Those biners were the first to go, now for this hammock all I use is the same rope the hammock came with fully extended knot taken out and long tree huggers and marlin spike.

Biners and rope had to go on my double nest. Just ran a whoopie through the channel works great for me. Also somebody please correct me if I'm wrong but I think ENOs are taffeta. Not ripstop. Mine defiantly doesn't look or feel like ripstop. Great idea to put your opinion on here keep on hangin
