They do have water and the pit toilets are open. They just opened them for us day before yesterday. You may want to run the water a bit before using it though.

    2013 Arkansas Ozark Hang - March 08-10

We pulled out last night... Have another leg of our trip, but MAN, what a blast. Loved seeing the guys from last year and making new friends, too. It's a great group.

from a newbeeeee. This was a great hang. Everyone was great. My son and I both got to meet some great people. I have a new hero and his name is gimpy. He is still out there smoking that trail. Our first hang turned into our first trip down the any river on a kyack. we are hooked. Tim saved my feet with a loan of a spare share of dry shoes. The gumbo was to die for so i took two gallons home. special thanks to smokehouse, old gringo, tncamper, and everyone who put up with my and my sons questions. all in all a great trip. thanks spacewesal for the jelly beans under my tarp.

I had a great hang. I tried out both my new hammocks...they were great. Ate some good food and made new friends. As soon as I got out of my truck someone (sorry, really bad with names) came walking up to me, hand extended and asked if I needed any help. Then as I was walking around looking for a couple of trees someone else offered to help and give pointers. What a great group of folks. Looking forward to doing more of this.

P.S. my wife don't get it.

I got home about a hr ago and finally got the funk cleaned off of me.
I got to meet a lot of great plp and I had a blast. The beans and gumbo rocked and the camp fire time was just too much fun to mention here.
Lucky and his son braved the cold water and made it out alive so it was fun for everyone...

man I never got to meet you I don't think. I wasn't planning on using the tent but I forgot my sons underquilt so the CVT was very handy for him. I slept in it last night for the first time and was very disappointed with the mattress. I will probably have to use an air mattress the next time I sleep in there but for the $$$ I expected a better mattress.

Man! I saw this too late. We'd have loved to have had breakfast with you.

This makes me really sad. I don't know how I'll make up for missing a hang.

I work in Little Rock. We could have had breakfast or something.
    It'll be alright Friday!
