Hello All,
I'm fairly new to this hammocking stuff but I've been looking at the thread a while now for ideas. I'm hoping to go camping once it gets warmer here.
So far I've only used my hammock a couple times for relaxing.

Hello from Irmo! Lots of us here around Columbia/Irmo/Lexington. Plenty of good information here.
Don't wait for it to get warmer, come see us at the Frozen Butt Hang at Sesquicentennial off Two Notch Rd.!
I used to be a somebody, now I just camp.
welcome, enjoy the wonderful addiction that is the hammock world!!
Welcome from upstate SC. Like Gresh said, don't wait for warmer weather. Even if you can't stay the night, you should go to a group hang and check out all the different hammocks, tarps, suspensions, stoves, etc.
Keep movin', keep believing and enjoy the journey!
Welcome from Greenwood. Hope to see you at Sesqui! I plan to be there...crutches and all. :-)
Just me being me

Welcome to the forums, JALegg!
I got in a fight one time with a really big guy, and he said, "I'm going to mop the floor with your face." I said, "You'll be sorry." He said, "Oh, yeah? Why?" I said, "Well, you won't be able to get into the corners very well."

Hi and welcome from another newbie to this forum. The generosity and help from members is outstanding, wish I'd known about this place a couple of years ago.
