I need a new net. It's either the HUG from Arrowhead, or the Wilderness Logics full enlcosure net.
I really am diggin the HUG, so someone who has one please convince me. I have everything needed to make the HUG work also.

I have 2 WL bug nets and I like them fine. I have never had a bug get in!
I got the HUG. I'm going to do a review on it cause there's not alot of info on here about it.
Cool. I'm interested in more info. I've thought about trying one out, but I would worry about the bugs coming in where the net lays across the hammock.

Yes, please tell us more about your experiences with it, Taylo.
Will do, and I couldn't find one negative comment on here from people who have actually used the HUG. 5 oz's sealed the deal for me. My pack will be about as light as possible with this new net.
Been using a DIY HUG ever since Derek posted the instructions to make one here on HF. It is perfect for me and I have no need for a full net, YMMV. I own a Hennessy with full net and the HUG works just as well IMO.
Dream hammocks has a full net that's 2.0 oz. (just sayin') (I know you didn't want info on other options, but I couldn't resist)
I know this is not really the optimal time for testing a bug net, so I will be looking for more info come June or so.

Given your local of Southern Alabama I'd think a full bug covering to be a better option as you most likely won't need any insulation during the summer months but will still want full coverage. The HUG is intended to be used in conjunction with a TQ since it only covers from the waist up.

Bought an AHE Hug this last summer for my DIY tablecloth hammock. Must admit that it's only been used for night-time use by the kiddos, but I've lounged under it. That said, I love it.
