My eldest son has his hammock slung under the bunk beds he shares with his younger brother. The hammock is slung diagonally across the bed and attached with climbing slings which are wrapped several times around the uprights and horizontal struts.
Not a setup I'd recommend for an adult or heavier kid but works for my son as he weighs virtually nothing (he'd blow away in a summer breeze).
If u dont care about looks, and i dont in my basement, a 2x5 long enoughb to cross two studs lengthwise. Then attach a heavy duty D ring to the 2x5. Easy.
I set it up at a buddies place. I cut out the drywall doubled up the studs and added some L brackets from their I recessed in a small panel with a 1600 pound rated eyebolt. Then I drywalled over it. Each bolt took about 45 minutes and I did 10 of them around his house.
Over engineered but he's got three kids and I wouldn't want to see them hurt because of shoddy workmanship behind the drywall.
I temporarily set up my TurtleDog stand in the basement when I'm tweaking during the winter. It takes up a lot of space but it works.
