Matt is a top bloke, I've bought hammocks, quilts etc from him in the past, even been for a cup of tea at his workshop. A* rating from me

I've got the Woodsman X in double layer & it's fantastic, packs down well in it's bishop bag the adjustable foot sag is useful for getting that just so comfort. I also got one of Matt's uq's as well, looking forward to getting out with it soon. Again I'm based in the UK so, ordering from Matt made sense to avoid import duties from the states, not sure how it would be in reverse ie ordering from the states from a UK supplier. Excellent hammock by the way.

Great customer service at ukhammocks! I have the woodsman D.L and the woodsmanX, the woodsman is my favourite non bugnet hammock. When it comes to hammocks with bugnets, no hammock I have trived can beat the Blackbird! (They sell blacbirds at ukhammocks )

Edit: I have a UQ and TQ from ukhammocks, awesome quilts.

If you have a choice have it shipped Royal Mail as opposed to UPS, Fedex etc. The latter have astronomical brokerage fees on top of the duty. In the past I had a $100 hammock shipped from the States to Canada. I paid more more in broker fees ($35-40) than in duty ($15). I have since had items shipped via USPS and not had to pay either duty or the extra brokers fee. I have also used Royal Mail to ship from the UK ($50 sporran) without any extra fees.
