Exclamation FS: Cuben Hammock Tarp w/ Doors/Poncho/Pack Cover All-In-One

Cuben Hammock Tarp w/ Doors, Poncho, Pack Cover All-In-One:
Reposting this because I'm using the Cloudburst for now, and because I found a vintage Fender Mustang bass for sale at a local pawn shop. This is a customized Zpacks hammock tarp with doors (10' ridge, x 5' baseline, x 7' width) that is a poncho and pack cover as well. He used the same 0.74 black cuben that he uses for his non-breathable rain gear. 8.8 oz (after seam sealing). I'm the original owner. I am 5'9" and the tarp fits in poncho mode as shown below. The poncho tarp has been used maybe a dozen or so times, and is still in 'new' condition. It is seam sealed. Lines not included. I'll cover shipping.

    Price reduced to:
    $250

Would this hammock work on the ground as well? Thanks!

It's a 'hammock tarp' not a 'hammock, tarp' sorry for the confusion! But you could use this tarp as a shelter for ground dwelling between two trees I suppose!

    Looks great.

How is the ridge line work out for you with the added hood.

Does it have enough coverage for WBBB?

How do you like using it as a poncho?

I am very interested. Two concerns. First having a loose ridge line and water will get in. Second, Not enough coverage for WBBB or the traveler.

    Thank you.

-I use a long thin elastic chord run above the tarp to keep the hood taught. It's not shown in that picture because I hadn't started using it until after then. I'll include it with the tarp. It doubles as a belt for the poncho.

-I think what heyyou said sounds accurate.

-It keeps my core, my legs, and my gear bone dry. It's one of the more durable cuben materials used for backpacking gear so I never feel like I've got to be any more careful with it than other high-end material rain gear while on the trail. Like all non-breathable rain gear it gets hot when it's hot, but I usually don't use a poncho in weather that warm.

Ultralight gear requires a different approach to backpacking. It's not for trail blazing. If you don't feel comfortable using poncho tarps then maybe they aren't for you. Although not sure how that's helpful to this conversation.
