Just bought a front line and 3x3 tarp from DD

when I first discovered hammocks.... The DD would always keep my interest.

I have owned the grand trunk for a bit now, but I wanted a net, and a wider hammock.

I finally bit the bullet and got them.

    I can't wait!

Interesting that you've bought a DD when you have all the choices over there

Good choice. And you will probably have it by Monday if not sooner.

Have fun with it, they have a good following over here. Not tried their hammocks but I have a couple of tarps.

Do you DD tarp users set it up like a diamond? or square?

I have the 4mx4m tarp so use it as a square, very strong, heavy duty tarps, even with the 3x3 as a diamond your hanging spots may be limited due to the length of ridgeline. With the 4x4 I can have doors and just tie them back when the weather is ok and its like a hex tarp, thats why i got the 4x4 but now wish I'd got the 3x3 for size and weight. Good luck with your new gear.

I used to use the 3x3 square, it covered the hammock but needed another foot at each end really.

3x3 seems short but as long as it keeps you dry.
